Shipping Policy
We strive to provide efficient shipping for our products. We will typically ship within 24 hours if the orders are placed Monday-Friday by noon. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped Monday.
Shipping costs will vary based on location. The customer is responsible for selecting the preferred shipping method and speed and which they would like to receive an item. Any order over $150 will ship for free.

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail:
1. Please return a copy of the original invoice.
Or provide the order number and item information. Next to the item you are returning, indicate the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items. Include payment for any additional items ordered plus shipping cost.
2. Box the item securely.
(Items damaged in return can not be refunded. You would be responsible for any damage claims with the carrier). Enclose the invoice copy or all information, plus all original packaging and accessories.

Refund Policy:
All items must be in a sealed, new condition for a full refund. If the item has been opened, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee taken from the refund amount. CD's and DVD's may not be returned.
We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.
Problems With Your Order
An Item Is Missing: You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. If an item is back ordered the invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available at no additional shipping charge to you. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.
Received the wrong Item: If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, you will be responsible for all return postage and postage for the correct item to be sent to you. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.
My Order Didn't Arrive: Orders shipped through UPS can be tracked. We will try to provide you with a tracking number via e-mail, if the order is shipped UPS. For orders shipped through United States Postal Service or through Freight, please allow up to ten business days for your order to arrive.
An Item Is Damaged or Defective: Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if an item does not meet your expectations. Please e-mail us with the order number, what item was damaged, the type and amount of damage, and if you would need a replacement or exchange. We will then contact you with instructions.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. When you visit our website, any personal identity information that we need to fill your order – such as your name, address, phone, and especially credit card information – will be carefully guarded. We do not retain credit card numbers in a database available to others. This applies to IP address and cookies, which we automatically receive as well. Under no circumstances will we ever sell or give your personally identifiable information to anyone. We know that you care how your information is used, and we appreciate your trust that we will use it carefully and sensibly.
